ABOUT THE INSPECTOR OTIS "O.T." WINTERS TREC #3024

Mr.Winters began his construction experience in the summer of 1973 building three slab foundations daily for the largest home builder in San Antonio, Texas. He has lived in Houston since 1982 and is currently State Licensed as a Professional Inspector, the state's highest ranking classification.

Mr.Winters has completed thousands of structural and mechanical inspections on residential, rural and commercial properties which include shopping centers, medical and office buildings, high-rise condominiums, and apartment complexes.

Mr.Winters yearly exceeds state and inspection association requirements for continuing education. He is licensed as a realtor and has sold and listed real estate properties. He is also bilingual, fluent in Spanish. Mr.Winters is a real estate inspection specialist, performing inspections as his primary business. He truly loves performing inspections and, more importantly, consulting with his clients about their prospective property.
